We will gladly accept returns for a full refund (less initial shipping cost) within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:
- Permanently discounted sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment; within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
- Clearance Handbags (reduced 25% or more from original price) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance Shoes (reduced 30% or more from original price) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance Apparel and Accessories (reduced 40% or more from original price) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance Coats (reduced 65% or more from original price) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All Fur Items are final sales and are eligible for exchange only.
- International Orders (except Canada) are ineligible for return. Returns from Canada will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Other exceptions to this policy may apply at Rippe's sole discretion.
Returns must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
Please do not return merchandise that was not purchased from Rippe's (in-store or online).
Any item returned in other-than-new condition is ineligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.
- Please call us at 434-792-6822 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an eligible return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label; please pack your return in the packaging you received it in. A return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. This fee can be waived if you are returning for an exchange or store credit.
- You may also ship your return via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to 559 Main St. Danville, VA 24541 at your own expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:
- First, double check your bank or credit card account; refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process from the time we receive your return.
- Next, contact your credit card company or banking institution to ensure your refund is not pending.
- If it has been 2 or more weeks since we received your return (check the tracking number of your return package for delivery status) and you have still not received your refund, contact us at email@example.com.
Price Reduction Refunds
Occasionally we may reduce the price of an item you have previously purchased. If this occurs, upon your request we will issue a store credit/gift certificate for the difference between what you actually paid for the item and what you would have paid after the price reduction, provided all of the following conditions are met.
- The exact item you purchased is still available at the reduced price (same style, color, & size).
- It has been 14 days or less since you purchased the item.
- The item was not discounted 50% off or more from the original price when you initially purchased it.
- The item is not discounted as part of a special, limited-time promotion.
You must contact us to request a price reduction refund; once we verify your original purchase, we will issue you a gift certificate/store credit for the difference in price plus any applicable tax.
